JSC DCM-Montaza produces metal steel structures for oil tanks, main pipelines, tank car loading unloading racks, as well as produces different metal structures according to the clients order. Nomencalture of planned production of steel structures JSC DCM-Montaza: all types of steel structures made of profile or sheet that are used in construction/assembly (columns, griders, ties/connections, folded plate structures etc.) including structures from rolled profiles; steel structures for oil tanks assembled with a sheet-by-sheet assembling method with capacity up to 50 000 m3, manufacture of staircases and platforms of tanks, as well as other steel structures; steel structures of trestle and gallery frameworks, made of profile steel with size dimensions up to 3,0 x 3,0 x 15,0-18,0 m, as well as made of rolled sheet steel with diameter up to 3,0 m, length up to 15,0-18,0 m; steel structures of weld I-beams, height up to 1,5 m (including all range of beams) lenght up to 15,0 18,0 m; steel structures of vertical and horizontal vessels that work under pressure or without pressure, also made of stainless steel, sized to allow their transportation by motor vehicles or by railway; steel structures of technological equipment made of profile or sheet steel with little mechanical processing work (turning, milling and planing works); steel structures of poles and high structures made of profile steel and steel pipes; all types of technological steel structures for technological pipelines, as well as joints/units, shaped parts of framing and technological pipelines used in petrochemical industry, gas industry, heating and steam systems and equipment with a diameter up to 1200 mm, also made of stainless steel.
