JSC DCM-Montaza rents two pieces of land:
1) Our company rents a 31364 m2 land piece in the Ventspils city, Latvia from the Administration of the Free Port of Ventspils for the period of 20 years (till 31 December, 2021), with the right to redevelop the territory and carry on production and business activities. The area has a good infrastructure and is situated right next to the Commercial Port of Ventspils.
2) The second 15 ha land piece we rent in Ventspils district, 20 km from the city of Ventspils, near the Riga –Ventspils highway. There is an explored deposit of 1,5 mln m3 of sand-gravel mixture.
We are ready to consider any cooperation business offer including starting joint manufacture.
